Corporate governance

The decision-making body of Sagax is responsible for corporate governance - how the company is organised, managed and controlled.

According to the Articles of Association, AB Sagax is a public company (publ). The important corporate governance systems are presented below. The Board is domiciled in Stockholm, Sweden. The company shall, directly or indirectly, own, manage and conduct business with real property, along with activities related to such operations.

Sagax's owners govern the company directly and indirectly through various decision-making systems. The corporate governance applied at Sagax meets the requirements stated in the Swedish Companies Act, the Swedish Annual Accounts Act, the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the Code) and Nasdaq Stockholm's Rule Book for Issuers.
