NEW NUMBER OF VOTES

A shareholder has requested the conversion of 14,642 Class A common shares into Class B common shares in accordance with the Articles of Association of Sagax. The conversion has been carried out and entails a decrease in the number of votes in the company by 13,177.8. Following the conversion, the total number of votes in the company amounts to 73,169,229.3. The share capital of SEK 869,240,620.50 remains unchanged.

As of 31 July 2026, the total number of shares in the company amounts to 496,708,926 divided into 26,109,263 Class A common shares, 314,338,334 Class B common shares (of which 2,000,000 shares are held in treasury) and 156,261,329 Class D common shares.

Class A common shares carry 26,109,263 votes, Class B common shares carry 31,433,833.4 votes and Class D common shares carry 15,626,132.9 votes.
