When hiring, a candidate's skills and experience are as important as their personal qualities. That is why all final candidates - a minimum of three - meet employees in various departments, and key individuals are evaluated by the CEO and at least one Board member.
We hold an annual two-day conference for all of our employees to discuss the company's development, challenges and opportunities. Quarterly virtual presentations of Sagax’s interim reports are held for all employees to maintain a common foundation of knowledge and increase understanding of the company’s operations.
Despite our expansion, we have managed to remain a relatively small organization, with 92 permanent employees. In 2023, we welcomed 5 new employees (one in Finland, two in Sweden and two in Spain), three employees left the company during the year.
